All roads lead to Dubai.
Joule Sullivan moved to Dubai in 2007 and spent his last available cash on a good suit. He went on to hold a global executive role at a Fortune 150 company and to build several businesses of his own.

Why this company exists
After nearly two decades here, the same pattern kept repeating. Capable founders would arrive, speak to a business setup firm, and walk out with a licence that did not match what they were building. Free zone companies sold to people whose customers were all in Dubai. Five business activities added to a licence that only needed one. Bank accounts promised that three banks then refused.
None of it was malicious. It is just what happens when an industry runs on volume and gets paid a commission by the jurisdiction it sends you to.
Custom Made was built to work the other way round. We take fewer clients. We ask what you sell and who buys it before we recommend anything. And when a UAE company is not the right answer for someone, we say so.

Three things we will not trade away
Transparency
Clear processes, honest communication, no surprises. Your quote is itemised so you can see what is our fee and what is the government’s, and it does not move after you have paid.
Cost efficiency
Maximum impact without unnecessary expense. If a cheaper structure does the same job, we will tell you, even though it earns us less.
Premium service
Fewer clients, handled properly. You deal with the same people from first call to open bank account, not a handover chain.
What founders say after the licence lands
Every review below is from a client who completed a setup with us. We publish the awkward ones too.
★★★★★I had quotes from three of the big setup firms and they all pushed me into the same free zone package. Custom Made was the only one that asked what I actually sell before recommending anything. Ended up mainland, which was right.
★★★★★Licence, visa, Emirates ID and a corporate account with a real bank inside six weeks. I was told by another consultant that the bank part would take three months.
★★★★★What I paid was what I was quoted. No surprise government fee at the end, no extra charge for the things that were meant to be included.
